1. Service Agreement

By signing this Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"), you ("Subscriber") agree to the terms governing your use of internet services provided by LyteWi Internet Services, LLC ("LyteWi"). This agreement is binding upon execution and remains in effect for the duration of service.

2. Acceptable Use

LyteWi provides wireless internet connectivity for lawful purposes. Subscribers shall use the service in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The service is shared infrastructure; Subscribers agree to use bandwidth responsibly and not intentionally degrade performance for others.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate service termination without refund:

• Unauthorized Access & Hacking: Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data — including port scanning, vulnerability exploitation, packet sniffing, man-in-the-middle attacks, or any form of network intrusion — whether targeting LyteWi infrastructure, other subscribers, or external systems.
• Cybersecurity Research Without Authorization: Conducting penetration testing, security audits, or offensive security research on any network or system reachable through LyteWi services without explicit written permission from the system owner.
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Accessing, distributing, producing, or storing any material depicting the sexual exploitation of minors. LyteWi maintains zero tolerance and will report all suspected violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement immediately.
• Financial Crimes: Using the service to facilitate fraud, identity theft, money laundering, unauthorized financial transactions, phishing, carding, cryptocurrency theft, or any scheme designed to unlawfully obtain money or financial instruments.
• Other Illegal Activities: Distribution of controlled substances, trafficking, threats of violence, harassment, stalking, terrorism-related activities, or any other conduct that violates federal or state criminal law.
• Network Abuse: Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), operating unauthorized servers that disrupt service, launching denial-of-service attacks, IP spoofing, or MAC address manipulation to circumvent access controls.

4. Law Enforcement Cooperation

LyteWi is required to and will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies. This includes compliance with lawful subpoenas, court orders, warrants, and preservation requests. LyteWi may retain connection logs including timestamps, IP assignments, bandwidth usage, and MAC addresses. When required by law, LyteWi will disclose subscriber information and activity records to authorized law enforcement agencies without prior notice to the Subscriber.

5. Service Termination

LyteWi reserves the right to suspend or terminate service immediately, without notice or refund, upon discovery or credible report of any prohibited activity. LyteWi may also suspend service during active law enforcement investigations when directed to do so by authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

LyteWi provides internet connectivity on an "as-is" basis. LyteWi is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, security breaches on subscriber devices, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid during the current billing period.

7. Modifications

LyteWi may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the service after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
