By accessing or using the services of LyteWi Internet Services ("LyteWi," "we," "us"), including our website at portal.lytewi.com, wireless internet service, and related communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
LyteWi provides wireless internet access services primarily to marina, residential, and commercial locations in the San Diego area. Service availability, speeds, and coverage depend on location, environmental conditions, and network capacity. LyteWi does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To subscribe, you must provide accurate account information including your name, contact details, and valid payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
By providing your mobile phone number during account registration at portal.lytewi.com and checking the SMS consent box, you expressly consent to receive text messages from LyteWi Internet Services at the number provided. Messages may include service notifications, outage alerts, maintenance updates, billing reminders, and account security communications.
Opt-In: Consent is obtained during online service signup at portal.lytewi.com when you provide your phone number and agree to receive SMS notifications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive 1-10 messages per month depending on service events.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from (619) 927-1800. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may re-subscribe by replying START.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for support information.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. LyteWi does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging rates.
Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and all major US carriers. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed.
Use of LyteWi services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in service suspension or termination.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
LyteWi-provided equipment remains the property of LyteWi. Subscribers must not tamper with, relocate, or allow unauthorized access to installed equipment. Equipment must be returned upon service termination.
LyteWi's total liability for any claims arising from service use shall not exceed the fees paid by the subscriber in the preceding 3 months. LyteWi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits.
LyteWi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes.
Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. LyteWi may terminate immediately for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy or non-payment. Upon termination, all outstanding balances become due immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
